Saturday/After Hours Hire:

Line Pump Saturday minimum 4 hours:

2 men $240.00 per hour + 1 hour travel $240.00
1 man $170.00 per hour + 1 hour travel $170.00

Boom Pump Saturday minimum 4 hours:

2 men $290.00 per hour + 1 hour travel $290.00
1 man $220.00 per hour + 1 hour travel $220.00

An additional $100.00 per hour with a minimum charge 6 hours + 2 hours travel for all nights booked onsite 4.00pm-10.00pm, Monday to Friday.

An additional $170.00 per hour with a minimum charge 6 hours + 2 hours travel for all nights booked onsite 10.00pm – 6.00am, Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.

An additional $270.00 per hour with a minimum charge 6 hours + 2 hours travel for all bookings onsite Sunday and Public Holidays.

An additional $100.00 per hour for lines 70m-100m.

An additional $170.00 per hour for lines 100m -150m.

Additional labour provided (3rd or 4th man) @ $90.00 per hour per worker.

Concrete Supply Rates:

We will only supply concrete if we are pumping the job. Concrete supply must be paid upfront prior to release.

Concreting Rates:

Price on application.
Concreting works are priced individually and as per job requirements. We will only supply concreters if we are pumping the job. We can supply a quotation for supply, pump, place and finish or just pump, place and finish.

Shotcreting Rates:

Price on application.
Shotcrete works are priced individually and as per job requirements.
Square metre, cubic metre and lump sum prices available to best suit your scope of works.

Cancellation Fees:

  • A minimum hire fee will apply when reasonable notice is not given for cancellations.
  • After 2pm of the day prior to onsite of all morning jobs.
  • After 7am on the day of all night jobs.
  • 3 Hours prior to the pump being onsite for inclement weather.

Customer Responsibility:

  • Provide clear site access and any traffic management and/or permit.
  • Provide clearance from power lines or have power disconnected (as per AS regulations).
  • All footpath and pedestrian protection by way of fencing and signage.
  • Provide running water, power and toilet facilities.
  • Provide a suitable washout area to comply with council and EPA regulations.
  • Furthermore, our work does not include the removal of any spoil, trade waste or concrete from
    site.
  • Specify concrete to suit the pump ordered & advice if above 25mpa or additives added.
  • CJR Civil Pty Ltd is not liable for any kind of loss or expenses occurring through any mechanical
    failure of its equipment or machinery.
  • Any variations to scope of works to be issued with signed site instructions.
  • Payment Method: Cash, Cheque, Credit Card or Bank Deposit on the day of hire. Please note
    that there are surcharges for credit card payments.
  • No retentions are applicable to our works.
  • Any outstanding invoices are made claimable under the Building & Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 and will be forwarded to the Small Claims Division at Waverley Court whereby interest will be charged at 20% per annum from the date of the invoice, plus all court and or legal costs incurred by CJR Civil Pty Ltd will be at the payee’s expense.
